It sure would be nice to be able to add connectors using a spreadsheet upload for the different necessary items instead of having to do them one by one.

Good news! This is possible as you describe. Export your form to Excel and locate the Form Connectors tab. You can then add many connectors very quickly. Upload the Excel file back into your form and check the Connectors page.
